Since its passage in 2010, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has been consistently a focus of lawmakers and policymakers at both the national and state level. With the new administration and Congress promising to repeal and replace the sweeping health law, there is considerable uncertainty for providers surrounding what the future will look like. This webinar will look at key provisions established by the ACA that impact providers, and examine how proposals to replace the law would change employer obligations, individuals’ coverage, and future federal funding. It will give participants a solid understanding of what the law is and what it may become in order to plan for the future.
A recording will be made available for registrants.
