    YOUR Conference Feedback Needed

    National Sustainability and Succession Survey

Both you and ANCOR are aware that 1 of 10 nonprofit CEOs will turn over each year. As a result, ANCOR has provided educational opportunities at conferences and through webinars to help organizations begin considering an eventual planned or unplanned CEO turnover. ANCOR is now encouraging your participation in a National Succession and Sustainability Survey, which will provide valuable information for the nonprofit industry. While taking the survey, you will likely be reminded of things you had been considering regarding executive transition and may want to move up on your Board of Directors' list of considerations. Each person completing the confidential survey will receive an aggregated summary of all responses.

We encourage you to help prepare the nonprofit leadership turnover process by completing this survey link. Click on this link to the National Sustainability and Succession Survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WNJ36HS
