AICPA has posted the attached "draft" form as part of the SBA / PPP loan forgiveness process.
It indicates that you have 10 days in which to provide the form to the lender once it is requested and there is a lot of data to be gathered to submitt the form. Does anyone know if this form is actually required for PPP loan forgiveness for NPOs? Notice the form indicates an expiration date vs. an effective date.
