  • The summary of requests that you can find in further detail within the letter are:

    • Funding & Statutory Language Requests for Section 811 Project-Based Rental Assistance & Mainstream Vouchers 

    • Request for Congress to direct HUD on their reasonable accommodations policies per the recent GAO report 

    • Request to remove any bill language that would prohibit HUD from using funds to implement the proposed Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) Rule.

• General CCD Housing TF updates
