    Looking forward to discussing developing a survey for ANCOR members tomorrow. See below for an agenda:

    • Review Potential Key Housing Priorities-what do we want to add?
      • Providers as landlords (e.g. leases, interaction with services, zoning restrictions, fire marshal codes, funding
      • Affordable/accessible housing for beneficiaries (e.g. housing modifications, rental subsidies, SSI)
      • Affordable/accessible housing for the workforce (e.g. availability of affordable housing, direct care wages, integrated housing options)
    • Review Site Visit at Main Street Connect-Integrative Housing Model •    Home
    • Future Topics of conversation:
      • •    Intentional Communities (John Maltby, Casey Gartland)
        •    Johnson County Developmental Supports (Chad VonAhnen) on higher education partners for home remodels/builds through their Net Positive program

    If appropriate, could we add efforts to lobby/work with state legislatures to add more housing vouchers/other ideas to grow more affordable housing for people with I/DD? Thanks!
