Jocelyn Breeland joined ANCOR in August 2008 as Director of Communications and Marketing. She brings with her a wealth of government, private and non-profit communications experience.
Prior to joining ANCOR, Jocelyn served in the U.S. Foreign Service for 14 years, and served in Dakar, Senegal; Athens, Greece; and Casablanca, Morocco. She also held a number of positions in Washington, DC including service on the National Security Council Staff under President Bill Clinton.
After she left government, Jocelyn worked for 11 years as a freelance copywriter. She also has experience in community organizing with the Industrial Areas Foundation, the nation’s oldest and largest broad-based community organization.
Jocelyn graduated from Stanford University in 1981 with a B.A. in International Relations.
